According to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95\/46\/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), we are obliged to inform you on how your personal data is administered by us.<\/p>\n

1. The administrator of your personal data is Hako Technology Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Cha\u0142upy 30, 76-024 \u015awieszyno; entered into the Business Register by the District Court in Koszalin, IX Court Register with number 0000073043.<\/p>\n

3. Your data is processed for the purpose as follows:
a) conclusion or performance of the contract in connection with which they are transferred to the Company e.g.: in order to carry out the recruitment process, establish a relationship, a cooperation agreement or other trade agreement, depending on the circumstances;
b) perform commercial activities by the Company and provide services as part of the execution of contracts concluded with customers or for the purpose of carrying out activities performed at the customer\u2019s request or due to the conclusion of a contract;
c) the company is subject to a number of legal obligations arising, e.g. from tax legislation, labor law and social security regulations and other regulatory requirements. The company may also be obliged to perform tasks in the public interest, in particular involving crime counteracting. In case of such necessity, we will process your data in order to fulfill the requirements imposed by the regulations above and others;
d) your data can also be processed for purposes such as verification of the identity of customers and their representatives, monitoring the timeliness of payment of receivables and risk management in the Company, performance of duties in accordance with tax legislation;
e) your data may also be processed for pursuing legally legitimate interests of the Company or a third party, when there is a need to pursue claims and defend against claims, for internal business purposes of the Company, i.e. employee or related issues cooperation, analysis and internal reporting of the Enterprise.<\/p>\n

4. You have the right to access the content of the data and to rectify, delete or limit the processing, as well as the right to object, demand the cessation of processing and data transfer, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time and the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body \u2013 President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.<\/p>\n

5. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to perform the requested activities or to conclude and execute the contract with the Company. In the event of not providing the Company with necessary information or documents, the Company will not be able to carry out the actions requested or enter into and execute contracts and provide services.<\/p>\n

6. The data provided by you will not be subject to disclosure to third parties. Recipients of data will be only institutions authorized by law.<\/p>\n

7. The data provided by you will not be profiled or processed automatically.<\/p>\n

8. The data controller has no intention of transferring personal data to a third country or an international organization.<\/p>\n

9. Personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of processing indicated in point 3:
a) within the scope of implementation of the contract concluded with the Company \u2013 until the completion of its implementation and after that time for the period required by law or for the implementation of any claims;
b) in the scope of fulfilling the legal obligations to which the Company is subject with the conduct of business and the implementation of contracts \u2013 until fulfilling these obligations by the Company;
c) in the scope of processing carried out only on the basis of consent \u2013 until the data are deleted immediately, based on the request made by you;
d) until legally legitimate interests of the Company that constitute the basis for such processing are fulfilled or until you object to such processing, unless there are legitimate legal basis for further processing
e) in the scope of present recruitment process \u2013 for 6 months,
f) in the scope of the future recruitment process \u2013 for 12 months.<\/p>\n

a) realizacji czynno\u015bci zawarcia lub wykonania umowy, w zwi\u0105zku z kt\u00f3rymi zosta\u0142y przekazane do Firmy, na przyk\u0142ad w celu realizacji procesu rekrutacji, nawi\u0105zania relacji, umowy o wsp\u00f3\u0142prac\u0119 lub innej umowy handlowej, w zale\u017cno\u015bci od okoliczno\u015bci;
b) wykonywania przez Przedsi\u0119biorstwo dzia\u0142alno\u015bci handlowej oraz \u015bwiadczenia us\u0142ug w ramach realizacji um\u00f3w zawartych z klientami lub w celu realizacji dzia\u0142a\u0144 wykonywanych na \u017cyczenie klienta lub w zwi\u0105zku z zawarciem umowy;
c) firma podlega szeregowi zobowi\u0105za\u0144 prawnych wynikaj\u0105cych np. z ustawodawstwa podatkowego, przepis\u00f3w z zakresu prawa pracy i ubezpieczenia spo\u0142ecznego oraz innym wymogom regulacyjnym. Firma mo\u017ce ponadto zosta\u0107 zobowi\u0105zana do realizacji zada\u0144 w interesie publicznym, w szczeg\u00f3lno\u015bci obejmuj\u0105cych przeciwdzia\u0142anie przest\u0119pstwom. W przypadku takiej konieczno\u015bci b\u0119dziemy przetwarza\u0107 Pa\u0144stwa dane w celu realizacji wymog\u00f3w nak\u0142adanych m.in. przez powy\u017csze regulacje;
d) Pa\u0144stwa dane mog\u0105 by\u0107 r\u00f3wnie\u017c przetwarzane do takich cel\u00f3w jak: weryfikacja to\u017csamo\u015bci klient\u00f3w i os\u00f3b ich reprezentuj\u0105cych, monitorowanie terminowo\u015bci sp\u0142at nale\u017cno\u015bci oraz zarz\u0105dzaniem ryzykiem w Firmie, wykonywanie obowi\u0105zk\u00f3w zgodnie z ustawodawstwem podatkowym;
e) Pa\u0144stwa dane mog\u0105 by\u0107 przetwarzane r\u00f3wnie\u017c w celu prawnie uzasadnionych interes\u00f3w realizowanych przez Firm\u0119 lub stron\u0119 trzeci\u0105, wtedy gdy nast\u0105pi konieczno\u015b\u0107 dochodzenia roszcze\u0144 oraz obrony przed roszczeniami, do wewn\u0119trznych cel\u00f3w administracyjnych Firmy, tj.: kwestie pracownicze lub zwi\u0105zane ze wsp\u00f3\u0142prac\u0105, analiza i raportowanie wewn\u0119trzne Przedsi\u0119biorstwa.<\/p>\r\n

4. Przys\u0142uguje Pani\/Panu prawo dost\u0119pu do tre\u015bci danych oraz ich sprostowania, usuni\u0119cia lub ograniczenia przetwarzania, a tak\u017ce prawo sprzeciwu, za\u017c\u0105dania zaprzestania przetwarzania i przenoszenia danych, jak r\u00f3wnie\u017c prawo do cofni\u0119cia zgody w dowolnym momencie oraz prawo do wniesienia skargi do organu nadzorczego \u2013 Prezesa Urz\u0119du Ochrony Danych Osobowych.<\/p>\r\n

5. Podanie danych jest dobrowolne, lecz niezb\u0119dne do wykonania wnioskowanych czynno\u015bci lub zawarcia i realizacji umowy z Firm\u0105. W przypadku niedostarczenia Firmie niezb\u0119dnych informacji lub dokument\u00f3w, Firma nie b\u0119dzie mog\u0142a przeprowadzi\u0107 wnioskowanych czynno\u015bci lub zawrze\u0107 i zrealizowa\u0107 um\u00f3w oraz prowadzi\u0107 obs\u0142ugi.<\/p>\r\n

6. Dane udost\u0119pnione przez Pani\u0105\/Pana nie b\u0119d\u0105 podlega\u0142y udost\u0119pnieniu podmiotom trzecim. Odbiorcami danych b\u0119d\u0105 tylko instytucje upowa\u017cnione z mocy prawa.<\/p>\r\n

7. Dane udost\u0119pnione przez Pani\u0105\/Pana nie b\u0119d\u0105 podlega\u0142y profilowaniu ani zautomatyzowanemu przetwarzaniu.<\/p>\r\n

8. Administrator danych nie ma zamiaru przekazywa\u0107 danych osobowych do pa\u0144stwa trzeciego lub organizacji mi\u0119dzynarodowej.<\/p>\r\n

9. Dane osobowe b\u0119d\u0105 przechowywane przez okres niezb\u0119dny do realizacji cel\u00f3w przetwarzania wskazanych w pkt 3, tj.:
a) w zakresie realizacji zawartej z Przedsi\u0119biorstwem umowy \u2013 do czasu zako\u0144czenia jej realizacji, a po tym czasie przez okres wymagany przez przepisy prawa lub dla realizacji ewentualnych roszcze\u0144;
b) w zakresie wype\u0142niania zobowi\u0105za\u0144 prawnych ci\u0105\u017c\u0105cych na Firmie w zwi\u0105zku z prowadzeniem dzia\u0142alno\u015bci i realizacj\u0105 zawartych um\u00f3w \u2013 do czasu wype\u0142nienia tych obowi\u0105zk\u00f3w przez Firm\u0119;
c) w zakresie przetwarzania realizowanego wy\u0142\u0105cznie w oparciu o zgod\u0119 \u2013 do czasu niezw\u0142ocznego usuni\u0119cia danych, zrealizowanego w oparciu o zg\u0142oszone przez Pani\u0105\/Pana \u017c\u0105danie;
d) do czasu wype\u0142nienia prawnie uzasadnionych interes\u00f3w Firmy stanowi\u0105cych podstaw\u0119 tego przetwarzania lub do czasu wniesienia przez Pani\u0105\/Pana sprzeciwu wobec takiemu przetwarzaniu, o ile nie wyst\u0119puj\u0105 prawnie uzasadnione podstawy dalszego przetwarzania danych;
e) w zakresie realizacji bie\u017c\u0105cego procesu rekrutacyjnego \u2013 przez okres 6 miesi\u0119cy;
