Powder Paint Shop
The Powder Paint Shop in Hako Technology deals with the entire process of surface treatment. It is an innovative solution to the “2-in-1” varnishing line. It consists of two independents varnishing lines which allows to implementation of two colours at the same time. We are the prize winner of the competition organized by The Association of Industrial Coating for the best paint shop in 2019. In this process, we use an automatic or manual sandblaster to prepare the surface mechanically. The next step is burrow where the material is degreased, chemically prepared and the first protective layer is applied. The next step is to secure screw threads, bushes and so on. We paint with the newest applicator produced by Gema. We use the technology of two layers i.e., precoating and main layer- topcoat using all the standard colours from the RAL colour chart. The last step is the security station which its function is to secure the finished products for transportation. We are distinguished by an individual approach to the client. Maximum dimensions of painted details: 500cm/200cm/160cm/500 kg (length/height/width/weight).

Paint shop
Our paint shop was established in 2018 and is one of the most modern paint shops in Poland.
The technical requirements for cycle times and dimensions for large and small parts are very different, therefore our paint shop consists of two separated painting lines with a common usage of pre-treatment, chemical tunnel, cooling section and hardening oven. Powder paint shop rooms, masking and demasking machines are separated because of the differences in components. (Weights; suspension variants).

We have the newest machinery park which includes saw, guillotine, rolling mill, 60T/300T/500T press, manual lathe, numerical lathe, die cutter, sandblaster, flanging press, eccentric press, bending brake, drills, pressure welding machines, tools for stud welding, MIG/MAG welders, tig-welding machines, welders and covered electrode, lasers.
We get the max quality of offered products which the quality control department watches over.
Products
We create units for cleaning machines in internal and external parts of buildings, for maintaining cleanliness in communal areas and for maintaining green spaces. We take part proudly in a production of street sweepers, clamping rings, industrial vacuum cleaners, polishers which are used in all well-known chain stores in Poland and worldwide.
